Changed the numbers on the face of tower to correspond with the recommended temp range for my MatterHackers Black MH Build Series PETG filament.
My temperature change Z-levels are at: (I'm using a 0.3mm first layer, then 0.2mm layers)
M104 S255 at Z0.3
M104 S250 at Z9.1
M104 S245 at Z16.1
M104 S240 at Z23.3
M104 S235 at Z30.3
M104 S230 at Z37.3
M104 S225 at Z44.3
