Have you ever been ready to throw some steaks on the grill, and you're ready to do it right? A good reverse sear, cooked to medium rare perfection? Or maybe a brisket, and you need to know when you hit the stall so you can wrap it and power through? A turkey for thanksgiving? The secret to all of these is knowing what the temperature of your meat is. And the best way to do THAT is by monitoring the internal temperature of both your grill and the meat. If you're like me, you've tried (and failed) to keep your temperature probes off the ground while getting the meat onto the grill. (I was the brisket guy over New Years', and I definitely had that problem.) I realized I could solve that problem with a small tool.
