I created some bracket mounts to bolt on top of the Z tower. With 3/4"x1/2" aluminum L bar attached at the base, it adds solid support for tall prints.
The brackets have a nub (blurry picture), that locks the bracket on, creating a very solid mount point and it doesn't get in the way of anything so the printer can still print to the full height.
Printing in mirror mode worked perfectly for making both sides at once.
