I’ve noticed that with other brands, the fit can be a bit off once the screw is tightened.If the two halves aren't sitting flush for you, try reprinting just the screw. Adjust the X and Y axes by ±0.1mm or ±0.2mm. It’s likely just a slight tolerance difference between different filaments or printer calibrations.
