ENG - These chess pieces were a personal project paid by my local FabLab on the condition that I would set them free into the world, thus the CC0 license.
They are your typical "mixing two ideas together" things: everyone loves chess, everyone loves tensegrity, everyone is gonna love these chess pieces holding it together thanks to the strength of two threads.
The 3D modeling is not a remix from any other project but it definitely is inspired by classical chess pieces design. It not being a remix and this being my very first 3D modeling project explains the Knight.
Those pieces were designed to be "size 3", i. e. used on a chess board with 3 centimeters by 3 centimeters squares, but they were printed in an Anycubic Photon S SLA printer at 133% size to be used on a "size 4" chess board (4 centimeters by 4 centimeters squares).
FR - Ces pièces d'échec sont un projet personnel financé par mon FabLab local à la condition que je libère le projet à la fin, d'où la licence CC0.
