I had a hard time finding tensioners for my dual z single stepper setup so i made one for my 618mm g2t belt. Used in conjunction with this idler cover for a standard 608 skateboard bearing.

Since i'm on the subject of skateboard stuff, i also used a skateboard truck bolt and nut to fasten the idler, which is an m5 bolt i think? you'll probably want a spacer to go between the base and idler to adjust height, so a few m5 nuts should work but i made a few quickly in tinkercad. The tensioner base mounts with m4 bolts and the standard square mounting nuts you'll probably already have floating around somewhere. Smiley face comes standard because i felt like adding it.
