Terminal Barrier Strip

Simple barrier terminal strip. There are STL files for 2 through 8 terminals. I print these in ABS and attach to an ABS box with glue made from acetone and filament bits to make a paste. You can print in PLA and leave the two end positions open, to attach with screws, if you like. These are sized for 4-40 3/8" screws, with 1/4" 4-40 nuts installed in the nut recesses. Print with supports (for the hex screw recesses). No raft. 0.25mm layer height.
If you access the design at OnShape, there are variables to set the nut width, screw length, and screw hole diameter. To set the number of sections, there is a Linear Pattern feature that is noted in the list - edit that to change the number. Doing that will mess up the plane needed to extrude the small bit on the end, and that feature is also noted. Open that, delete the plane reference, a
