Terraforming Mars box inserts

Terraforming Mars box inserts to easy group all pieces. There are many projects for this game, but I would like to have something simple. Idea was to have each box separate, to give a player his box with cubes. Each set of hexes are also separate, You can put lakes on board with holder, give to players holder with forest/city hexes. Boxes are in sizes to allow change arranges in card box.
My box has internal space 28,6 x 28,6 [cm].

There are need to print :
4x Terra hex H - for forest/city hex tile
2x Terra hex L - one for lakes, and one for miscellaneous facilities
4x Terra cards - for cards
9x Terra box A - smaller box for all kind of cubes
2x Terra box B - for first player tile, and one empty
