This is an alternative base for the IKEA Tertial lamp. If you use the clamp, and the "top" mounting hole of the Tertial, the base of the mount does not fully insert due to collision with the clamp pin. This extends the top a few mm so that the lamp base fully seats.
This should eliminate the lamp from slipping out of the base. I made the hole a little tighter, based off of the diameter of my lamp's base, hopefully this will take some slop out of it.
I haven't printed this yet, but ran it through Simplify3D and should be just fine. You may not need supports for the horizontal holes, but it can't hurt to have them. I'd recommend 25% infill minimum and a decent filament that can handle the stress (PETG or Nylon). And probably 3-4 perimeters.
