This is a retaining bracket for the parcel shelf (load cover) of the Tesla Model S (pre-2021) - part number 1021143. The lugs tend to snap off the original part and Tesla only sell the parcel shelf as a complete unit, so a 3D-printed alternative is nice. Print the bracket in PETG or ABS for some heat resistance on hot days, and TPU for the rubber lug covers. (Or re-use the original ones, if you still have them.) The print profile splits the bracket into two halves with flat sizes to make it easier to get a good print. Glue them together again with CA glue. If you want to, you can use some spare pieces of filament as alignment pins in the two holes provided - see the photos for details. Once the glue is dry, cut the protruding bits of filament off flush. The bracket attaches to the parcel shelf with the original screws - (M5-8mm countersunk). Be aware that there were a few tweaks to the design of this part during the time it was in production - you might want to double check the measure
