This is the "Tesla Valve" by toehead but with threads on both ends. These are from the "Post-modernistic-pre-futural-or-so shower head with handle" by docpayce. They fit a european standard shower hose.
toehead says: "Works marginally well." But I can't see any effect.
You might want to print it "standing".
