It's hard to tell how much force 3d-printed springs exert. Here is a test print with a bunch of compression springs in different sizes, designed for PETG, but should work in PLA as well. The springs all have 4mm diameter corners and vary in width from 10mm to 20mm and in height from 4mm to 6mm. You can pretty easily test springs of lower height by cutting the model in Bambu Studio (although, I found that 3mm-height springs wider than 10mm are pretty useless, fyi.)
