Tetracube Puzzle

#### **🧩 The Puzzle**

This version introduces a slider box with a snap-in mechanism.

The TetraCube puzzle is a versatile brain teaser. Each of the 8 puzzle pieces consists of 4 cubes.

In addition to the box shape, many other shapes can be built.

The puzzle has a moderate level of difficulty.

#### **🛠 Print Settings**

The exact settings are not critical — your standard print profile should work fine. The external dimensions of the box are 66 × 66 × 37 mm.

I printed the puzzle with the following settings:

* Material: PLA
* Layer height: 0.2 mm
* Infill: 15%
* No supports
* No raft, no brim

#### **⚙ Fitting Adjustments**

* **Lid Fit:** If the printed lid jams or is too tight, reprint it with its width reduced by 0.1 mm or 0.2 mm in your slicer.
* **Snap-In Mechanism:** If the lid is too hard to close, **file or sand it down slightly using a nail file or sandpaper** until it clicks in smoothly. If the snap-in mechanism is not tight enough, you can print the lid 0.1mm or
