I 've used Tevo Tarantula Control Box by rebeltaz as the base.

I have changed these things for my personel useage:

>>> I added to TEVO logo and Tevo Tarantula text at the front panel.

>>> I added to hole for 80 mm fan at the top panel, and I deleted fan hole from the right panel.

>>> I added to switch button hole at the right panel.

>>> I added to extra cable holes at the back panel.
