This is a cover for the original Tevo Tarantula Power Supply. It constists of two pieces wich are then secured together with screws. The whole thing then is secured to the psu with screws.
Very easy to print, no supports needed.
For this project you're gonna need:
- IEC 14 power socket with fuse and switch
- XTC60 connectors (male part goes to the PSU cover)
- crimp terminals
- scrap wires
- M3x5 machine screws (longer will work fine too)
Unfortunately i have run out of fillament thankfully near the end of the main_body print but you get the idea.
The bottom_plate_cover needs to be printed with at least 0.1mm layer height (or even lower = higher resolution) because sufficient resolution needed for the sockets that the IEC power adapter clamps in place. You can get along with higher layer heights for the main_body part. I printed both at 0.2mm.
The XTC60 connectors slide tight in place and the IEC power socket clamps in, but you can use some hot glue, or even general
