Tevo Tornado Palette + scroll wheel bracket

Didn't like any of the scroll wheel holders that I found, so made my own that lines up the output with the Tevo's input.

To assemble undo the two bolts that hold the top part on the sensor, separate, push the base into the printed part and then re-install the top section.
