I had a filament guide that had a very thin mount arm but had a bracket to hold the wire loom and when I saw Velo17's great design I decided to try and modify it to add the wire holder. This uses the same 8x22x7mm Ball Bearing that is readily available on Amazon. It was modified in Fusion360 and sliced in Simplify3d.
I incuded the Fusion360 File just like Velo17 did for anyone who wants to make changes to it.
