This model was designed as a fast and simple model to evaluate small raised (embossed) text printing after slicer adjustments. Unlike large and time-consuming test models, it allows quick iteration and comparison of settings. The geometry focuses on the smallest practical text size that remains printable with a 0.4 mm nozzle, which is the default and most common configuration. The goal is to validate text legibility limits without relying on extreme or highly specialized slicer settings. Slicer tuning was intentionally kept simple and balanced. The adjustments required to achieve good text quality remain applicable to larger parts and functional models, preserving general print characteristics such as layer adhesion and mechanical strength, instead of optimizing exclusively for tiny, highly detailed features.
