This is a solution for the laboratory I work at for chemists opening glass ampules of TFA. The ample fits in the opening with enough of the ampule exposed to use an ampule breaker. The flange on the bottom provides an area where the operator can hold against the benchtop, without having to touch the glass ample. Broken ampules are contained within the holder.
