TFG500 Quadcopter

The TFG500 Quad is based loosely on the Spyda500 quad on this site. It uses 1/2" Sch40 PVC or 22mm OD carbon fiber arms. I recommend printing in ABS. It features a 30.5mm x 30.5mm mounting pattern for flight controllers on top and a 80x80 vibration mounts for a gimbal on the lower plate. There are 4 ESC mounts that use zip ties on the upper plate.

The design requires the following metric hardware:
(QTY 6) 3x8mm bolts
(QTY 4) 3x35mm bolts
(QTY 4) 3mm nylock nuts
(QTY 8) 3mm self-tapping screws

If you want, the holes can be drilled out to 1/8" for SAE bolts:
(QTY 6) 6-32x1/2" bolts
(QTY 4) 6-32x1 1/2" bolts
(QTY 4) 6-32 nylock nuts
(QTY 8) 8# self-tapping screws

I've added two options for landing gear. The long leg slides through the long leg gear pad and stands 123mm (~5") tall. The short version doesn't need the gear pad and stands 55mm (~2") tall. The short and long versions use (QTY 16) 3x16mm metric bolts or (QTY 16) 6-32x5/8" SAE bolts.
