This project is a fully functional color-sorting system that combines automation, sensors, and precision servo control. Using a TCS3200 color sensor, the system detects the color of objects placed on a small conveyor and triggers specific servos to sort the objects into corresponding channels It also has 4 leds to make sure the blocks are lit up for accurate readings. Three micro servos operate as sorting arms that direct red, green, or blue blocks, while a continuous rotation servo drives the conveyor belt to ensure smooth movement and another micro servo for feeding the blocks into the belt.The system is powered intelligently with one power supply for the servos and microcontroller to prevent voltage drops and ensure stable operation. All components are coordinated via a PCA9685 16-channel servo driver, allowing precise PWM control for accurate sorting.
