Here's a model of the entire Alamo. There's a few different versions. The idea for the ones without tops is that you won't have to have supports under the the roofs. Instead you just glue the tops on afterwards. Should be reasonably historically accurate. I used Daughters of the Texas Revolution's website info for the dimensions and combined many different picture sources to get as close as I could.
