Disposable 1 pound propane bottles tend to leak if kept and refilled multiple times, as the internal valves are not very robust.

There are a few caps available here on this site, but they lack the ability to create an actual seal and are difficult to grip to tighten. This is a two-part design with an aggressive grip. The 1"-20 threaded cap is intended to be printed from a rigid material, such as PLA+. The plug is printed using TPU with a thin wall and low density to provide compliance.
