We've got a game-themed party coming up and are decorating our table in a Catan theme, so I was asked to make the biggest Robber that I could. At a quick glance all the models out there are really low poly count, and scaled up they looked like they were made out of octagons. So while this adorable little mask printed I measured our wooden figure, recreated the Robber in Fusion and then scaled it up to 9 ¾" tall (248mm) before exporting to max out the height of my X1. Loaded up the PolySonic and an hour and a half later we now own a gigantic Robber! Supplied print profile is designed to reduce filament usage (only 131g!) and time. Oh - if you want a regular-sized replacement, scale him down to 23mm tall and he's a 1:1 replacement for the standard game piece. Make sure to re-apply adaptive layer heights to get him smooth if you do!
