The co-operator pocket operator case

Designed a simple two part PO case, while trying to retain as much of the original style as possible.

Features:
Keep the metal stand
Keep the snap off hanger
Access the original buttons for tactile response (no moving parts)
Simple two piece design
Have an optional window for the model name
Batteries accessible without removing back cover

That's it really, there's 3 front panel variations:
The minimal with no name cut out
The one with name space
Third one with a microphone recess
