Crowned by a great arch and the sigil of a coiled leviathan, the Hall houses the Tidewardens—those who enforce, protect, and uphold the decrees of the Council of Tides. From arcane security to diplomatic edicts, all governance flows through this monumental chamber of law and structure. Use this terrain as a fortified headquarters, courthouse, or command center in any aquatic or high-fantasy cityscape.
