The Echo Box is a complete kit. Fun for learning to program and play with an Arduino UNO R3. It comes fully assembled and works as a measurement tool. You can write a variety of sketches using the Ultrasonic sensor as well as program the LCD and all the buttons.
It includes:
1. Arduino UNO R3
2. HC-SR04 Ultrasonic sensor, with extension wires.
3. LCD Shield Kit w/ 16x2 Character Display for Arduino Uno R3, with extension wires and pin mounts. We get ours from Adafruit.
4. (2) 9 Volt batteries wired in parallel, with the Arduino Power plug adapter. This is the Power Pack for the Echo Box.
6. A pre loaded basic Distance sensing sketch and the downloadable source code.
