That little thumbtack looking thing could be thrown away. you won’t need it. You can use a pen from like a bobby pin if you bend it or you can use any small pin that’s around 2 mm in width. The back is a snap lock mechanism and you can just put the little bullet in that little tiny pinhole inside the gun. You might need some needle nose pliers.
