The Hanged

It is said that Avalon prime holds a mysterious force that binds the spirits of the dead particularly strongly to the world, in truth it is simply the scale of the Sol corporation's atrocities within the short time span of the colony's establishment that have left such haunting scars in the population's memory and upon the world's spiritual imprint.  One such spirit, said to fill the dreary forests outside the mega city of Morrigan are The Hanged, believed to be the vengeful souls of rebelling indentured farmers who were executed within the forests and left to hang as a warning to all other guerrilla fighters that used the forests for their tactics. some legends say that the pumpkins on their head were a cruel insult by the corporation to humiliate the farmers before death, while others claim that the rebels were dismembered and hanged as headless, legless torsos and that the pumpkins were claimed in death as a replacement for their lost heads.  This is an official miniature for Quasa
