The Implacable Man from Fallout

The Implacable Man is a Wasteland ghost story of a cursed soul – once a scavenger who discovered an artifact which led him to a mysterious room that grants the wishes of those who enter. Wishing for fortune and immortality, he is now doomed forever to wander the ruined earth, unable to ever find rest or die, feeling no pain and taking no joy, and never satisfied with any riches he finds.
