Summary
Using SolidWorks, I make this model in 3 days and printing took about 2 weeks, parts by parts.
You'll need to count the parts and orientation on your own, the printer I used doesn't seems to have too good of a tolerance, so a lot of post finishing is needed.
BTW, all the joints uses 1mm paper clip as pins, only the knee joint uses 2mm. Don't ask me why, I was lazy to change it.
