The Owl

My most challenging and fun model so far. My wife purchased the crow featured in one of the pictures and I said to her, “I can make that”. Well, it took me a couple of days, mostly deciding on which bird to make and how to position it, but once I got past the concept phase, everything else was quick. This should be an easy print. The supports are forgiving because the model only has a few overhangs (the beak and the claws). Take your time removing the supports, I recommend breaking them in the middle then removing them. This was a great overnight print. Woke up to a completed job that only needed 5 min. to clean up.
