Due to the size, this is 2/4 of the Creature slots (or 2/8 if you want to print extra for deck and deployed)
Meant to keep the Creature Deck reasonably stacked during play - you can either flip the top card on the Deck or take the top card and place it next to the holder.
I felt like making it 1x4 might have made it too wide to print so I just made a 1x2 holder and you can print 2 to hold all 4 types of Creature decks.
