The Spire Wizard Staff Topper

Another wizard staff topper design! This one has a small slot available in the base as an insert for a string of small fairy lights which can then be threaded into the staff part and placed into each gem hole. Glue everything together and attach the blue side panels if desired. Included handle option without slot as well!
