Los mangos engrosados facilitan el agarre a personas que tienen dificultades en sus manos para sostener objetos finos o pequeños mientras realizan actividades.

Estos mangos tienen un grosor de 30mm y admiten objetos rectangulares de 16x8mm y objetos redondos de 12x12mm.

Para su montaje se necesita una tuerca M4 y un tornillo M4x20mm. También se puede utilizar un tornillo prisionero para que no se vea el tornillo sobresalir.
