Thicker parts

I've made thicker parts so most of them hold without glue, just by forcing some parts into one another, or in the rails of the printer for the bases.

As you can see, the cable base now has a hole, so I obviously had to make the cable_top a little bit taller to compensate. This part has to be glued in the hole.
