OverviewI needed a threading tolerance tool to figure out what offsets (hole compensation) to use for my specific printer. I already had a thickness gauge that I'd designed earlier. I didn't want to have a bunch of little gauges floating around so I figured I would combine them into a single tool. Thickness GaugeThis is an iteration of a previous one I designed, resized to combine with the threading tolerance tool. I removed the .5 at the bottom end, and added a 9, 9.5, and 10 on the top end. Printing (DON'T PRINT ALL PLATES!)There are 2 plates in total, one for each style: PlateStyle12 pc, attached via magnets2Single piece Additional Optional PartsThe magnetic versions are designed to use 4 8x2mm rare earth magnets. AssemblyThe only assembly relates to installing the magnets if you print one of those models. The magnets should be glued in with superglue or epoxy. The orientation of each magnet is important.
