Thin Strip Ripping Jig. Make repeatable thin strips using this Thin Rip Table Saw Jig. To set it up, install this jig in your table saw miter slot, and simply set the thickness of the strip desired. Measure the distance from the outside of the blade to the sealed bearing and lock the jig in place. Set the fence against the workpiece and rip to size. For repeatable strips, readjust the fence so the workpiece is touching the bearing and repeat the cut.I printed it in PLA but you can use PETG too.Additional Parts needed:3 x bolts M6 metric length 40 mm.3 x nuts M6 metric .2 x bearing inside diameter : 8 mm / outside diameter can vary between 22 and 45 mm.I use Bearing 608ZZ :If you don't have bearings you can print them : https://www.printables.com/model/716572-608zz-bearingThis Jig was made for DeWalt Table Saw. If you want to use on different table saw - add in comments the dimensions of your miter bar slot.I added miter runner for table saw : Rage 5-S Evolution.I added miter runner
