Thin Wall Extrusion Test for setting extrusion multipliers and retract.
In Cura settings/Print/Structures, you need to make sure that Shell thickness (use multiples of nozzle size), is less than or equal to 0.5mm or if you're using Slic3r, you should have (Print Settings/Layer & Perimeters/Detect Thin Walls) selected.
I used Repetier Host 1.5.5, with integrated slic3r 1.2.9 & Cura 15.01
Slic3r works fine.
I simply can't get Cura to generate 0.5mm walls.
Using 0.2mm layers, and adjusting Filament Diameter, Flow%, and Nozzle Diameter.
The Slicer Config that worked for me was:
