This is a powerfull bowden extruder with a 2:1 reduction ratio. It uses a special drivegear running on a ball bearing and the filament is guided through a PTFE (teflon) tubule.
With a 2A NEMA17 steppermotor we measure a pulling force of above 7000 pond (ca. 69 Newton).
Driver.stl should not be printed. It has to be made of brass or steel.
printed parts:
attached stl, except driver.stl
other materials:
1 special drivegear made of brass rod 10mm diameter, 30mm length,
1 ball bearing 683,
1 ball bearing 608,
1 ball bearing 625,
2 screws m3 x 50mm,
4 screws m3 x 45mm (you can shorten 50mm ones),
1 setscrew m8x16,
1 setscrew m3x6,
6 plain steel washers m3,
1 rivet nut 5mm, m3
1 countersunk screw m3x12,
2 short extruder springs (id>3mm, len can 10mm, wire about 0.5mm),
1 push in fitting 4mm/m5,
1 RAMPA insert 8x8xM5,
1 piece of PFTE tubing, od=3mm, id=2mm, length ca. 30mm,
1 stepper motor NEMA17, the stronger the better
For looking nicer and better strenghtne
