This is AndBu's ThinkPad Dock desk mount with additional holes for attaching a bracket for a UGreen USB 4to2 hub.
I've reversed engineered the design and added a floor with sockets for M4 nuts and top holes for M5 hex screws. I've also change the cutouts a bit, plus added some chamfers.
Fits the 40AY model.

You will need:
2 x M4 nuts
2 x M4 screws
