This is an endstop holder I designed for the BigDelta 3D Printer I'm building.
It is designed to be triggered by the third wheel of a three wheel carriage. When used in this way, the endstop does not waste any space on the linear motion, since the carriage plate edge can travel completely past it.
The printed part has nubs to help line up the bolt holes on the switch. Once the switch is snapped onto these nubs, a cable tie can be run around the channel to secure the switch.
Near the base, the channel for the cable tie is curved on one side and straight out the other, so the cable tie is intended to be oriented flush in one particular direction. I added a mirrored version for use on the other side of carriage.
