A Thor Tap Handle I made for my kegerator. I printed in PLA at 75% with support. The hole in the bottom is for a tap handle insert. Print, remove the support including the support inside the hole in the bottom, and thread in the insert. If the hole is too small, heat up the insert and you can thread it in hot because it melts the PLA.

Update: I've added two files; Thor Tap-V2.1.stl and Thor Tap-V2.2.stl. My hammer broke off as this is a pretty weak spot and I wanted a way to make this more secure. The new tap handle has a hole slightly larger than the hammer pommel. The hammer is correctly sized to fit in the hole. I'd print the tap handle as is and the hammer upside down with 100% infill. Then you can secure the hammer in the tap handle using 5 min epoxy.
