This is a board, with a bunch of threaded holes. There's also a screw. The screw threads into the board, as well as being able to thread into another screw's head.
The threads are M15x1.5. This definitely isn't as nice as a much thicker, steeper pitch thread, but hey, it was automatically generated by Fusion360, and that's good enough for me.
I've included .f3d and .step files, so those'll be nice if you want to modify it. You should be able to adjust most of the basic things with the parameters in the Fusion file if you go that route.
Make remixes to your heart's content. Make unattributed copies to your heart's content. Make your own versions with better threads with more appropriate tolerances for 3D printing. Have at it. The threaded board world is your oyster.
