Threaded, Labeled Beer Tap Handle

Inspired by [Threaded Beer Tap Handle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:141354), I just wanted to be able to add a label to it. Unfortunately, it didn't include the scad file used to generate it. Found [Customizable Beer Tap Handle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:89111), which has labels and sources, but isn't threaded.

I found this great [openscad-threads library](http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads) that let me do threading, and used the Customizable Beer Tap Handle scad sources as a reference.
