Three Digit Counter Remix

This is a three-digit remix of Bsbomb's remix of Owar's counter on Printables. I've removed the negative parts by enlarging the peg holes in the wheels, modified base and top to allow for a third wheel and created a new wheel based on the existing left-right wheels so that its numbers could be seen from the top.
