**The Model**
Three dice used to demonstrate an element of game theory.
The dice are all six sided but have different numbers on them. The first die has a number four on every side, the second die has a number six on four sides and is blank on the other two sides, the third die has a number one on four sides and a number ten on the two remaining sides.
**The Game**
The game is played with two players and all three dice are placed in the middle of the table. Each player takes a die from the table leaving one die unused on each turn and rolls it at the same time as their opponent. The highest score wins a point. After rolling the players can decide whether to keep the die that they have for the next round or put it back into the middle of the table and choose again. The first to 10 points wins.
The total of the sides of each die is 24 and so the average rolled with each die is therefore 24/6 = 4. Since each die has the same average score of four the object of the game is to try to d
