Three Piston Axial Water Pump

This compact axial three-piston water pump is a hands-on, 3D-printable project that uses a rotating swash plate to drive the pistons in sequence, creating a continuous flow of water through positive displacement. The entire assembly fits neatly within a 6-inch cube, making it ideal for desktop experimentation or integration into small systems. The pump is still a work in progress—despite multiple sealing attempts with O-rings and flexible materials, getting it fully watertight has been tricky. That said, it’s a solid starting point for anyone interested in pump mechanics and hydraulic systems, and it's been a rewarding but challenging project to build, test, and improve over time.
