Throttle Tube Chuck.

I made these little parts to mount up my throttle tube in a drill so I can sand it down the nubs to a standard size. I have a Honda CBR throttle tube. 7/8" or 22mm handle bar and the tube is supposed to be 1". This may work for other brands that also have bumpy tubes under their grip.

Used a 5/16-16 threaded rod and nuts. M8 should work as well. Don't over tighten nuts. I had an issue with the caps sliding back out after sanding down the tube. Maybe printing at a higher res will make the sliding surface between the cap and wedge work better for removal.

I printed in ABS but I'm sure anything rigid will work. 3 Wedges and 2 caps need to be printed.
