Throwing line reel (unclippable)

This is an unclippable reel I designed to hold a 2mm thick throwing line, used for tree climbing (a weight is attached to the end of the line, thrown into the tree, hopefully it does not get stuck in the tree & returns to the ground, so you can attach a real rope to the end of it, and have it installed in the tree)
The reel is composed of 2 parts, that can be clipped/unclipped, enabling the line to unfold "by the top" when throwing the weight. But it can also be used as a normal reel, as the fit is quite tight between the 2 parts. I lightly sanded mine, so it unclips easily.
It also features a small hole on the axis, to fix the start of the line, and 3 holes on the bottom flange, to fix the reel on the ground when throwing the line.
